For added peace of mind during installation, we offer optional Glass Breakage Insurance for a one-time fee of $19.90. When purchased at checkout, this insurance covers the following issues with free replacement and shipping:
1. Damaged Product or Glass Explosion During Installation
If your door is damaged or the glass shatters during installation, we will replace the entire door set free of charge. Clear photos or video evidence of the issue are required.
2. Damaged or Incorrectly Cut Hardware
If any hardware is damaged during installation, or if items like the rail are cut incorrectly, we will send free replacement parts to ensure successful installation.
3. Incorrect Size or Color Ordered
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or color, we offer one-time free replacement of the entire door set in the correct size/color, including all return and re-shipping costs.
